Capsule on psychological harassment. Bullying at work is a vexatious behavior manifested by conduct, words or gestures repeated: who are hostile or unwanted, which undermine the dignity or psychological or physical integrity of the employee and make Workplace harmful. A single serious may constitute psychological harassment if it has the same consequences and if it has a lasting harmful effect on the employee. The employer is obliged to provide its employees a workplace free from psychological harassment. However, this is an obligation of means and not results.
